Guests visiting on business can arrange meetings in the business lounge and stay in touch via Internet ports. Those arriving by car will find free parking facilities available on site. The San Jose Castle Museum of Contemporary Art is 25 kilometres from the resort and El Golfo, a volcanic crater with a lagoon, is 30 kilometres away. Lanzarote Airport is three kilometres from the resort, an approximate driving time of five minutes.
