We also invite you take a stroll around our attractive shopping area. The most select boutiques, jewellers and perfumeries are all available with no need to leave the hotel. Famous tailoring names for men and women await you in the Princesa Yaiza Shopping Mall.

Double Superior
The double superior rooms, 43 sqm of floor area and 12 sqm of terrace, have views of either the sea or the pool. They all have full facilities, satellite tv, telephone, minibar, safe deposit box, hairdryer and a large fully-equipped bathroom.
Junior Suites
Junior suites, 45 sqm with 16 sqm of terrace, have view on the sea or the pool, and the same facilities as the suites. Telephone, minibar, safe deposit box, hairdryer and a fully equipped bathroom.
Suites
Luxury and comfort go hand in hand in our 234 suites. Each suite has 64 sqm of floor area and 12 sqm of terrace, five of them specially designed for physically disabled. All designed to make your stay unforgettable. Our rooms, all with pool or sea view, give you the perfect setting for enjoying the many facilities. Satellite TV, telephone, minibar, safe deposit box, hairdryer and a large, fully-equipped bathroom.
Presidential Suites
The eight spectacular Presidential Suites, 85 sqm each, have two bedrooms, a lounge, fully-fitted bathroom, 25 sqm of terrace with excellent sea views. Likewise, the facilities are as complete as the setting : satellite tv, telephone, minibar, safe deposit box, hairdryer etc.
Royal Suites
Our two Royal Suites are of 125 sqm, with two bedrooms, a spacious lounge, fully-fitted bathroom with jacuzzi, 60 sqm of terrace with excellent sea views, and accordingly equipped.
Family Suites
55 comfortable and spacious family rooms of 88 sqm, consisting of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large lounge and a terrace with a view of the pool and gardens. They all have satellite tv, fridge, microwave, safe deposit box, hairdryer and air conditioning. Located in the annex they are connected to the main building via a covered passageway, lined with spectacular aquaria.

How to get to the hotel? |
|
Princesa Yaiza Suite Hotel Resort is situated in Playa Blanca, south of the municipality of Yaiza. Playa Blanca was, and still is, a traditional fishing villaga inhabited by villagers whose ancestors came from Papagayo and Fuerteventura. Today it serves as a tourist resort with a harbour marina, wonderfull beaches, and a golf course project currently underway. Princesa Yaiza is located right at the Dorada Beach, 300 m of fine white sands framed by a twin-inlet jetty and a small island.

Please note that, should you prefer, you are able to supply your credit card information by fax. We are unable to accept your reservation request without credit card details, though you will only be billed once your booking has been confirmed, the credit card information verified and our confirmation voucher sent to you by email.

Liability
Internet Hotel Rental Group acts as intermediary between all hotels, transport operators, tourist attraction companies, and local tourist offices providing the services. Hotelrentalgroup is therefore not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the tourists; including those occurring outside of the touring programmes. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accident, acts of God or political actions / unrest must be borne by the tourists. Programmes and prices, services and conditions are based on those valid at the time of being posted on the site. They are therefore subject to change without advance.

General Terms & Conditions |
Price & Payment
Unless otherwise stated, at the time of booking only a deposit is due. The remanining balance is payable on check-in and charged by the hotel direct. hotel-savings.com accepts Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
For security purposes, should your reservation incur a charge in excess of USD 400.00, you must submit a signed credit card authorization form. This will be supplied upon confirmation of the reservation. If you fail to fax across this documentation within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. Please note that as per our cancellation policy, there may be a fee for this.
Flight Information
If you are to arrive at your hotel after 5pm, please provide Hotelrentalgroup with your flight information, so that we may be able to advise the hotel of what time they can expect you. Should your flight be delayed, we strongly recommend that you contact the hotel directly to inform them of this.
Period of Stay / Rate Calculation
All stays are calculated and sold "per night". We can only guarantee a room until noon (12pm). Late check-outs can be requested at the moment of reservation in the additional comments box, but may come at an additional fee (usually 50% of the nightly rate).
Cancellation Policies & Charges
Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail, with as much notice as possible. Penalty fees may apply. Please check the terms & conditions, as these policies vary from hotel to hotel.
Cancellation Charges On All Reservations
-On all confirmed reservations, 20% of the total amount will be lost.
-Further cancellation charges may apply depending on the hotel.

No Shows
No Shows will result in a 100% penalty fee.
Reservation & Confirmation
All reservations made on the web sites operated by hotel-savings.com will receive a temporary confirmation number. This temporary number does not mean that the hotel room is available and is only for administrative purposes. Your final confirmation will be sent to you on your official confirmation voucher within 24 hours, unless, due to unforeseen circumstances, the hotel does not get back to us within this time frame. hotel-savings.com is not responsible for any such delays.
Early departures
In addition to the standard cancellation policy, we would like to stress the point that the hotels are very strict regarding changes to the length of clients’ stays. Therefore we would like to inform you that clients departing before their booked check out date will be charged for the remaining nights and, no being made for unused nights.
Check In & Check Out Policy
Your room will be made available to you from 14h00 (unless stated otherwise in the terms & conditions of the hotel). Should you require a guaranteed early check in, the room must be booked and paid for in full for the day preceeding your stay.
Check out time is 12:00 hrs. For a guaranteed late check-out, clients should book for an additional night, charged at 100%.
Special offers and Value Added Extras
All special offers, packages and discounts over our standard rates are offered subject to availability. hotel-savings.com cannot accept any responsibility in the unlikely event that these are temporarily unavailable.
Credit Card
In order to secure a room, it is mandatory to have a credit card.
General Conditions and liability
All reservations made by clients are subject to our terms and conditions. No other terms, conditions and warranties, expressed or implied by law, custom and course of dealing shall form part of any contract between hotel-savings.com and our clients except for those terms imposed by law where application is mandatory.
The client acknowledges that in making a reservation with hotel-savings.com they do so only on the basis of the material contained in the hotel-savings.com Web Site or relevant advertising medium. All other statements or representations made by hotel-savings.com, its employees, agents or sub-contractors are of no effect unless confirmed in writing by hotel-savings.com to the client.
hotel-savings.com sources hotels from various hotel companies in the countries in which it operates. The condition of the stay will be subject to the law of the country in which it is supplied to you. You will be subject to its terms and conditions and local law.
hotel-savings.com reserves the right to pass on to the client any government increase in local VAT or other taxes that may be introduced after a reservation is made. Any additional charges payable on arrival are subject to local VAT at the prevailing rate in that country.
The liability of hotel-savings.com to the client for any loss, problem, damage or cancellation, whether arising out of negligence, breach of contract, error or any other cause shall not exceed the invoiced total value of the confirmation voucher supplied by hotel-savings.com.
